Electricity Supply and Distribution for Kostrzyn Municipality

The contract involves the comprehensive supply of electricity along with distribution services for the Kostrzyn Municipality and its organizational units for a period of 12 months. This service will be provided to the facilities listed in Annex 4 of the contract documents, which includes a detailed description of the supply points for electricity. The specific scope of the contract is outlined in Annex 4, detailing the names and locations of the facilities, the forecasted electricity demand during the contract period, tariff types, contractual power, delivery locations, and necessary data for contract execution. Additional conditions for contract execution are specified in the draft contractual provisions in Annex 2. The electricity supply will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law and related regulations, ensuring compliance with quality standards for customer service. The contractor must have a valid agreement with the Distribution System Operator (DSO), ENEA OPERATOR Sp. z o.o., throughout the contract period, enabling effective contracts and comprehensive supply and distribution services through the DSO's network to the specified supply points. Note: The contractor must have the necessary agreements with the DSO by the bid submission date or at the latest by the start date of the electricity supply and services.
