Facade Renovation and Construction in Blaustein

The City of Blaustein is seeking suppliers for a facade renovation project at the Town Hall located at Marktplatz 2, 89134 Blaustein. The project involves approximately 1,700 square meters of terracotta facade panels and 500 square meters of aluminum composite panels. Additional work includes insulation and metalwork. The existing facades and parts of the roof structure will be removed and replaced with wooden exterior walls and new steel/wood roof structures. Key building dimensions are 53.0 m (length) x 47.5 m (width) x 14.50-16.50 m (height), with a gross floor area of approximately 5,500 m² and a total volume of about 23,460 m³.
