Public School Transport Services in Haute-Corse

This contract involves the provision of public school transport services in Haute-Corse. The framework agreement will be executed through the issuance of purchase orders, with each lot being awarded separately. Payments will be made based on unit prices. The estimated amounts are indicative and include similar services anticipated. This consultation follows two previous procedures that were declared void, with references 2025-3DTM-0002 (initial procedure with 73 lots) and 2025-3DTM-0183 (relaunch of 5 lots). This consultation only concerns lots 19, 24, and 52. To ensure the continuity of public school transport services, as per Article R2161-15 of the Public Procurement Code, the normal deadlines for receiving offers have been deemed impractical. Therefore, the contracting authority has reduced the offer submission deadline to 10 days. The procurement procedure for this framework agreement, which will be awarded to school transport companies, consists of 161 lines divided into 73 lots. The service involves implementing the relevant school transport routes according to the defined itineraries and schedules in the specifications. The estimated number of operational days for the 2025-2026 school year is as follows: - For middle and high schools: 175 days/year - For primary schools: 140 days/year - 1 round trip (morning/afternoon) per day according to the school calendar. The services are divided into lots, with each lot being a framework agreement with purchase orders, having specified minimum and maximum quantities as follows: - Lots 26, 30, 35, 40, 47, 56, 57 Minimum 540 days - Maximum 680 days - Other lots Minimum 660 days - Maximum 820 days.
