Diagnostic Ultrasound Equipment for Outpatient Rheumatology, ENT, and Urology

This contract is for the supply of diagnostic ultrasound devices needed for outpatient rheumatology, ENT (ear, nose, and throat), and urology services at the Faculty Hospital with Polyclinic F.D. Roosevelt in Banská Bystrica. The contract includes related services such as delivery of the equipment to the specified location, installation, functional testing, formal acceptance and handover of the equipment, provision of documentation, professional training for operators, and full authorized service support for a minimum of 24 months. This support includes mandatory preventive inspections and technical checks as required by legal regulations and the manufacturer for the offered equipment. The equipment must be new, unused, and not refurbished, meeting the minimum technical, medical, and functional parameters specified by the contracting authority. The equipment must be approved for import and sale in Slovakia or within the European Union and comply with applicable international standards, STN, and binding legal regulations, and must have a valid ŠUKL code. The offered equipment must meet the defined technical specifications. The contracting authority allows for the submission of equivalent products if the specifications identify a specific manufacturer's product, provided that such equipment meets the necessary utility, operational, and functional characteristics required for its intended purpose. The burden of proof for identifying a specific manufacturer's product and meeting the utility, operational, and functional characteristics lies with the applicant. The applicant guarantees the functionality of the equipment by supplying and pricing all components that are part of the equipment, including those not specified in the contract description but directly or indirectly related to the functionality of the equipment. The contracting authority reserves the right to test the offered equipment to verify the required technical and functional specifications before signing a contract with the successful bidder. The price proposal will include the cost of all activities related to the delivery, installation, and servicing of the equipment, ensuring full functionality. The contracting authority welcomes applicants to include parameters not specified in the contract that may significantly impact the quality, operational costs, and lifespan of the equipment. All offered services must comply with the relevant requirements set forth in EU legal regulations.
