Brief
This contract involves the procurement of 6 electric minibuses. Each electric minibus must have a seating capacity of 16, including 1 seat for persons with disabilities and 1 seat for the driver. The Vaslui County Local Authority is implementing the funding contract for the project "Equipping Rural Schools with Electric Minibuses" under the call for "Electric Buses for Students" through the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR). The project's main objective is to improve school transportation conditions for students in 6 communes of Vaslui County by acquiring electric school minibuses, thereby facilitating access to education for children and young people while also protecting the environment. The investment aims to enhance transportation conditions in the short and medium term for students in these communes and contribute to environmental protection in the long term. The electric school minibuses will be delivered to the beneficiary's location or another specified location in Vaslui city within 3 months from the signing of the supply contract. Note: Any references in the procurement documents indicating a specific origin, source, production, manufacturer, special process, standard, regulation, trademark, patent, or manufacturing license are for identification purposes only and do not favor or exclude any economic operators or specific products/services. These specifications will be considered as having the mention "or equivalent," and the bidder is required to demonstrate the equivalence of the offered products/services/works if applicable. Note: The deadline for any interested economic operator to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation is 19 days before the deadline for submitting offers. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all clarification requests on the 11th day before the established deadline for submitting offers. Note: Clarification requests regarding this award documentation should be addressed exclusively in the SEAP under the "Questions" section of the electronic procurement procedure, and responses will be published in SEAP under the "Procedure Details - Clarifications, Decisions on Award Documentation" section of the participation announcement. The contracting authority will not respond to requests made through any communication method other than the one established.
