    Brief

This contract involves the procurement of works necessary for the modernization and expansion of energy delivery capacity for medium and low voltage in the distribution network within the project's area. The implementation of this project will provide several benefits: a) Improved service continuity and reduced effects of unplanned outages. This includes minimizing service interruption times and the number of disturbances/incidents caused by equipment failures due to exceeding normal loads or other imbalances in consumption. b) Enhanced reliability of medium voltage networks and energy supply to low voltage networks in accordance with European standards. Maintaining energy delivery parameters within nominal values, representing the optimal operational model. c) Reduction of technical losses and more efficient energy use through the introduction of telecontrol and integration of medium/low voltage networks into centralized monitoring, command, and control systems (ADMS/SCADA). d) Minimization of environmental impact from consumption by reducing CO2 emissions and avoiding outages, which lead to increased overall consumption due to prolonged operation of household appliances after outages. Reducing the impact of networks on the environment, including wildlife, by burying medium voltage cables. e) Decrease in operational and maintenance costs (OPEX) through increased network reliability and reduced unplanned outages. Mitigating negative effects from power outages on consumers and the costs of replacing equipment damaged during service. f) Compliance with service quality standards and meeting performance standards set by the regulator (ANRE). Interested economic operators can request clarifications/additional information until the 20th day before the deadline for submitting offers. If requests for clarifications or additional information are made within the specified timeframe, the contracting entity will respond clearly and completely on the 11th day before the deadline for submitting offers (according to articles 172(2) and 173(1) of Law 99/2016, updated). The contracting entity will only respond to clarification requests made by economic operators by the established deadline, in accordance with article 29(3) of HG 394/2016.
