Construction of New Elementary School in Weetzen, Germany

The city of Ronnenberg is planning to construct a new building for the "Regenbogen" elementary school, which will include a two-court gymnasium in the Weetzen district. The project requires planning services for technical equipment according to the German Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers (HOAI), covering all phases of planning and special services as outlined in the relevant regulations. An architectural competition was held as a non-public, single-phase competition for the building design, conducted anonymously within a public procurement process. The planning documents from the winning architect, which will serve as the basis for further planning, are included in the tender documents.
