Transportation Services for Students and Youth in the Netherlands

This contract involves providing transportation services for students and youth in the specified municipalities. The service is part of the Versis regional system for targeted transportation in the Rivierenland region. Various forms of transportation can be organized under Versis, catering to different target groups. Transportation requests can be initiated by municipalities or booked directly by travelers with municipal approval. Each target group may have specific transportation conditions and system characteristics. For more details, refer to the registration guidelines and specifically Appendix 10 'Requirements Program for Student and Youth Transportation Versis'. For Lots 1 to 4, the contract will be formalized in an agreement signed by both the buyer and the supplier. The agreements will commence on August 1, 2026, with an initial duration of six (6) years, ending on July 31, 2032. After this period, the agreement may be extended twice for one (1) year each, subject to mutual consent and based on the quality of service provided, as well as the current service agreement between Regio Rivierenland and the municipalities. The latest possible end date for the agreement is July 31, 2034. For Lot 5, the contract will also be formalized in a signed agreement, starting on August 1, 2026, with a duration of three (3) years, ending on July 31, 2029, and without extension options. Any additional assignments starting within the contract duration must be fully completed, even if their end date falls outside the contract period.
