Medical Imaging Equipment Purchase

This contract involves the procurement of advanced medical imaging equipment for healthcare, dental, and veterinary use. The project is divided into two main parts: 1. **Supply of Equipment**: This includes the delivery, installation, and commissioning of a state-of-the-art bucky room designed for small body and abdomen imaging. Suppliers are required to conduct a site visit to discuss and outline the construction of the new room, ensuring that there are no unexpected installation costs after the contract is awarded (such as foundation pouring, lead screen installation, painting, etc.). The demolition of the existing room must also be thoroughly discussed. Additionally, the installation and commissioning of all newly purchased equipment and accessories, including integration with existing PACS, Dose, and RIS systems, are required. 2. **Room Modifications**: This involves the demolition of the old room, which must be carried out by the supplier. The supplier is also responsible for providing a decommissioning report of the old equipment for submission to the FANC. Modifications to the room (such as painting, floor replacement, and ceiling work if necessary) will be conducted to facilitate the installation of the new room. We will follow a turnkey approach to minimize the involvement of our own technical service in this project.
