Assessment and Strategy for Sports Facilities in Somerset

Somerset Council is seeking a consultant to help develop a comprehensive strategy for playing pitches and built sports facilities across the Somerset Local Authority area. This strategy will evaluate the current needs and opportunities for sports facilities and will replace existing strategies from former district areas. The consultant will also create a delivery strategy and a prioritized action plan to address the identified needs. The results of this project will guide the development of policies for the new Somerset Local Plan. This opportunity is part of a further competition under the Sports England Active Environment Framework Lot B.
