Electronics Supply for Community Social Housing in Hronov

This public procurement contract involves the supply of electronics as per the project documentation and bill of quantities, along with related services. The delivery of interior equipment includes transportation, assembly, installation, training, and preparation of technical and operational documentation. All technical conditions are stated as minimum (or maximum, depending on their nature) and are mandatory. Suppliers are allowed to offer products with better specifications than those set by the buyer as minimum or maximum. Key components of this contract include: a) transportation to the delivery site, assembly, installation, commissioning including functionality verification, conducting all operational tests and required examinations according to applicable legal regulations, and verification of declared technical parameters; b) training of personnel; c) issuance of training certificates for personnel and a protocol allowing further training of personnel in using the supplied goods for designated user staff; d) signing of the handover protocol; e) provision of comprehensive warranty service and repairs including the supply of spare parts; f) delivery of necessary documents for using the goods such as user/maintenance manuals in Czech (also in electronic form on CD/DVD), relevant certificates, attestations confirming that the device is manufactured in accordance with applicable safety standards and Czech standards, a copy of the declaration of conformity (CE declaration), and possibly others; g) ecological disposal of packaging materials in which the goods were delivered; h) maintaining order at the delivery site and cleaning up after the installation and delivery of the goods to restore the site to its original condition; i) obligation to secure all structures and equipment of the new building that could be damaged or soiled during the delivery of goods with suitable and effective protection (e.g., protective film) and to remove this at their own expense immediately after delivery; j) other activities explicitly not mentioned but which are inseparably linked to the execution of the contract and without which the fulfillment is not possible.
