Germany – Sludge Removal and Transport of Fecal Sludge 2026

The contractor will carry out the emptying of small sewage treatment plants and non-drainable pits for the client in 2026. They will transport the resulting fecal sludge and wastewater to the treatment plant in Gera or Weida. The small sewage treatment plants to be emptied include both fully and partially biological and mechanical systems. The service includes the regular removal of fecal sludge from approximately 2,500 small sewage treatment plants (totaling about 4,600 m³) from March to November, as well as irregular removal (on demand) from about 500 small sewage treatment plants (totaling about 1,100 m³) from January to December. Additionally, the removal of wastewater from non-drainable pits will also take place. The number of small sewage treatment plants to be disposed of is an approximate figure and may vary depending on developments in the association area. Any excess or shortfall must be factored into the unit prices. Changes will not lead to price adjustments.
