Solar Installation and Roof Reconstruction for MŠ Sluníčko

This is a significant public procurement contract for the supply and construction work, conducted in accordance with § 57 ZZVZ through an open procedure. The contract involves: 1) roof reconstruction, 2) supply and installation of a photovoltaic power plant (referred to as 'FVE') with a capacity of 30 kWp. This contract is awarded based on project documentation for construction execution and related lists of construction work, supplies, and services with a measurement report (roof reconstruction) and a design & build method (FVE). Key components of this contract include: 1) Construction documentation for the FVE, including necessary engineering activities (especially binding opinions from the fire rescue service, etc.), 2) Documentation of the actual construction, 3) Other project and operational documentation necessary for the execution and commissioning of the work (workshop documentation, operational documentation, etc.), 4) Provision of the first parallel connection, 5) Photovoltaic power plant – (photovoltaic panels, inverters, structural system, electrical installation, and related work and supplies), 6) Lightning protection for the FVE (above-ground part), 7) Maintenance and service safety system for the FVE, 8) Additional work and materials necessary for the completion of the project (execution of construction work, supplies, and services related to the implementation of the FVE in accordance with the procurement documentation), 9) Energy management for 5 years from the handover and acceptance of the work.
