Electrical Installation Services in Värnamo

This procurement is for Värnamo Municipality's need for a framework agreement for electrical services within the geographical area of Värnamo. A framework agreement will be signed with all bidders who meet the requirements set out in the procurement documents. Tasks during the framework agreement period will include both ongoing service work and smaller contracts. Bidders have the option to refrain from participating in the ranking for ongoing service work if they only wish to participate in renewed competitions for smaller contracts. The tasks include installation, adjustment, service, maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, relocations, dismantling, renovation, and new construction work, as well as simpler construction and design tasks and other work typically occurring in the field. The tasks will include both indoor and outdoor work. Ongoing service work (estimated value up to SEK 150,000 per order) will be ordered according to ranking. Framework suppliers will be ranked based on the results of this procurement, and the ranking may be adjusted during the framework agreement period. Smaller contracts (estimated value exceeding SEK 150,000 per order) will be ordered after a renewed competition where all framework suppliers will be invited to participate. The estimated value of the procurement is SEK 60 million, with a maximum value of SEK 80 million. No specific volume is guaranteed. If the maximum value is reached, the framework agreements will no longer be valid. The buyer has the right to terminate the framework agreements early if the maximum value is at risk of being exceeded during the contract period, with a notice period of six months.
