Geotechnical Safety Monitoring Services for Small Construction Projects

This contract involves providing geotechnical safety monitoring services around construction sites, particularly for road infrastructure projects with an estimated construction cost of up to 1.5 billion CZK (excluding VAT). The monitoring will take place before, during, and after the construction process. It includes tracking shifts and deformations of structures and terrain in the affected area, especially for technical and transport infrastructure, monitoring land subsidence and surface deformations, and observing groundwater and surface water conditions. Additionally, the contractor will assess any negative developments in the monitored parameters in relation to ongoing or completed construction and propose measures to minimize their impact on the monitored structures.
