Minor Works Contract - Interim Period

Rykneld Homes Limited is seeking contractors to deliver minor works on an ad hoc basis during an interim period. This contract will support the organization's immediate maintenance and repair needs while a comprehensive framework procurement is being developed for future long-term delivery. The interim arrangement allows flexibility in responding to unforeseen works requirements. This opportunity is temporary and will eventually transition into a formal framework agreement.
