Fire Alarm System Maintenance and Repair Services

This public procurement contract aims to ensure the proper and flawless operation of the electric fire alarm system (EPS). The contract is divided into several parts as per § 101 ZZVZ: Part 1 – Inspections, service, revisions, maintenance, and repairs of EPS in facilities managed by TSO. This includes conducting monthly, semi-annual, and annual checks of operational readiness according to relevant standards and regulations within the client's premises, as well as creating documentation for individual sites. Part 2 – Supply of spare parts for EPS. This involves providing replacement parts for the EPS. Part 3 – Repair and maintenance of the Essernet network. This ensures the operational readiness of the Essernet network and the hierarchical superstructure system Metanet, along with linear temperature detectors. Part 4 – Repair/replacement of linear EPS detectors on the C line. This includes ensuring repairs or replacements of linear EPS detectors on the metro line C. Part 5 – Inspections, service, revisions, maintenance, and repairs of LITES EPS in JDCT facilities. This involves providing service, repairs, operational checks, and maintenance of EPS from the manufacturer LITES.
