Retained Tax Advisor Services for Housing Group

Thirteen Housing Group Limited, the largest housing provider in the North East England and one of the biggest 25 nationally, is seeking a retained tax advisor to provide comprehensive tax consultancy services. The successful supplier will advise on all areas of taxation including corporation tax, VAT, payroll and employment taxes, and stamp taxes for Thirteen Housing Group and its subsidiaries across the North East and Yorkshire, where the organization manages 35,000 properties. Key responsibilities include: providing clear, accessible tax advice to help the organization understand its tax affairs and identify tax efficiency opportunities; ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal requirements through activities such as preparing and submitting corporation tax computations; and assisting with HMRC disclosures where required. The advisor may also be asked to undertake ad-hoc project work at Thirteen's cost.
