Customer Research Participant Recruitment

HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) is transforming to focus more on customer needs. To achieve this, HMRC has created a Customer Lab aimed at gaining insights into customer experiences throughout their interactions with HMRC services. This contract involves providing recruitment services for participants to engage in qualitative research and insight sessions organized by HMRC's internal research team. The selected supplier will be tasked with recruiting individuals to participate in these sessions, which will typically involve small to medium-sized groups of 30 to 60 participants per project. The goal is to gather valuable feedback that will help improve HMRC services.
