Hertfordshire County Council Pre-Market Engagement: Concessionary Bus Shelter Advertising Contract

Hertfordshire County Council is conducting a Pre-Market Engagement (PME) exercise to gather feedback on a proposed concessionary advertising bus shelter contract across Hertfordshire. This is an exploratory phase to inform the Council's decision-making and does not commit the Council to proceeding with a formal procurement. Participation is voluntary, at no cost to the Council, and does not provide any advantage or disadvantage in future procurement processes. Interested organisations must submit a completed Supplier Questionnaire (Appendix A) through the Supply Hertfordshire e-tendering portal at https://in-tendhost.co.uk/supplyhertfordshire by 29 June 2026 at 12:00 noon. Individual supplier meetings are available on 16 July 2026 at the Council's Stevenage office; attendance requests must be submitted by 3 July 2026 to rachel.hall@hertfordshire.gov.uk.
