Forest Exploitation Services in Romania

This contract opportunity is for suppliers to provide forest exploitation services in various forestry districts including Ludus, Targu Mures, Reghin, Sovata, Tarnaveni, and Sighisoara for the year 2026. Suppliers can request clarifications up to 15 days before the submission deadline, and the contracting authority will respond to all requests for clarification 11 days prior to the deadline. The services required include: felling, sectioning, gathering, and transporting timber to the primary platform; cleaning of the parcels according to approved instructions; sorting of timber into usable wood and firewood or industrial assortments; and preparation for loading. If the project includes transportation of timber to storage, it will be based on the rates specified in the technical project. The exploitation of timber must be carried out by certified economic operators and individuals as per the legal requirements. The exploitation must comply with the maximum duration specified in the relevant regulations.
