Consulting Services for School Renovation and Expansion in Braunschweig

The City of Braunschweig is seeking consulting services to assist in the procurement process for a public-private partnership (PPP) aimed at renovating and expanding four schools: Realschule Sidonienstraße, Grundschule Broitzem, Grundschule Altmühlstraße, and Grundschule Rühme. The consulting services will include economic, technical, and legal advice throughout the procurement process. The project will involve planning, construction, maintenance, and operational services over a period of 25 years, all to be awarded through a PPP framework. This opportunity is divided into two lots: Lot 1 focuses on economic and technical consulting services, while Lot 2 is for legal consulting services. A preliminary economic feasibility study has been completed, and the goal is to award the PPP contract by the end of the second quarter of 2027, marking the conclusion of the consulting services.
