Operating Room Equipment Procurement

The contract involves the purchase of specialized operating room equipment for orthopedic and trauma surgery. The items sought include: 1. Two specialized orthopedic operating tables, 2. Two surgical lamps with video cameras and medical monitors, 3. One arthroscopy tower with a 7k resolution camera, and 4. One robotic intraoperative imaging navigation system. A complete list of equipment and technical specifications can be found in the annex of the tender documentation. According to Article 160 of Law 98/2016, economic operators have the right to request clarifications regarding this procurement documentation through the SICAP platform, at least 18 days before the deadline for submitting offers, by accessing the 'Clarification Requests / Questions' section. When submitting the title and content of the question, the identity of the economic operator should not be disclosed.
