Project Management Services for Building Projects in Sweden

This contract opportunity involves project management services for building projects, divided into three main areas: 1. Project Management: The project manager will take full responsibility for all phases of a project, from conception to operation and maintenance. They will work with the client to define responsibilities and authorities for other project members and may act as the client's representative in dealings with authorities. 2. Design Management: The design manager will coordinate, direct, and monitor the design process, ensuring that all stakeholders work towards established goals. 3. Construction Management: The construction manager will coordinate and oversee the construction phase of the project, ensuring that financial parameters are met and that the project stays on track. This framework agreement does not impose volume obligations, and activities related to the framework can be conducted independently. In such cases, the framework agreement serves as a complement to the organization's own operations.
