Romania – Supervision Services for Highway Construction

This contract involves providing high-quality supervision services for the design and execution of the Brașov – Târgu Mureș – Cluj – Oradea Highway, specifically Section 3B: Mihăiești – Suplacu de Barcău, Subsection 3B3: Poarta Salajului – Zalau, including a highway tunnel in the Meseș area, and Subsection 3B4: Zalău – Nușfalău. The supervision will occur during both the design and execution phases, as well as during the warranty period, ensuring proper use of available funds and compliance with contractual obligations regarding duration, quantity, quality, and cost. Interested suppliers can request clarifications or additional information about the procurement documents up to 18 days before the bid submission deadline. The contracting authority will respond to all requests for clarification 11 days before the bid submission deadline, allowing suppliers adequate time to prepare their offers based on the provided responses. The estimated total value of the contract, including similar services, is 124,407,520 lei excluding VAT, with a minimum estimated value for this procedure and a maximum value that includes potential new similar services.
