Tree Pruning Contract in Belgium

This contract is a framework agreement for tree pruning services in the domains managed by the Agency for Nature and Forests in Belgium. The agreement will be established with one contractor per lot, and all conditions are detailed in the specifications. Only entities from the Agency for Nature and Forests can access this framework agreement. Orders can only be placed by the designated lead official and appointed case handlers. The various sub-tasks, also known as call-offs, include activities such as deploying the right machinery and staff, setting up necessary signage, providing access plates if needed, and removing management residues upon request. The duration of this framework agreement is one year, starting from the date of closure, with the possibility of extending it up to three times, each for one additional year.
