Road Construction Project in Romania

This contract involves the design, technical assistance, and execution of works for the investment project: "Modernization of County Road DJ 282A: Popricani – Larga Jijia, km 0+000 - 10+400". The estimated value of the project is 45,543,250.60 lei excluding VAT, which includes: - Technical design and assistance costs of 443,158.63 lei excluding VAT - Basic investment costs of 44,685,996.88 lei excluding VAT - Site organization costs of 414,095.09 lei excluding VAT Additionally, the project budget includes miscellaneous and unforeseen expenses amounting to 6,942,817.52 lei excluding VAT, which can be accessed at any time during the contract execution as per Article 221 of Law no. 98/2016. Interested economic operators have the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the procurement documentation up to 18 days before the deadline for submitting offers, as stated in Article 160 (1) of Law 98/2016. The contracting authority will respond to all clarification requests on the 11th day before the offer submission deadline.
