Romania – Medicines for the Nervous System – Supply of Multiple Sclerosis Medicines Volume VII (Dimethyl Fumarate, Peginterferon Beta-1A, Ocrelizumab)

The procurement of Dimethyl Fumarate, Peginterferon Beta-1A, and Ocrelizumab is aimed at ensuring treatment for patients diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. These medicines have been included in the National Health Programs under the multiple sclerosis treatment subprogram, in accordance with the requirements outlined in the attached specifications. The deadline for clarification requests is 18 days before the submission deadline for offers, and the response to requests for clarification from economic operators will be provided 11 days before the submission deadline. During the execution of the framework agreement, prices will be adjusted based on the reimbursement prices from the Technical Norms in force for National Health Programs, according to the formula below: New Price = Old Price x New Price from Norms / Old Price from Norms, where: P = price, Old Price = price awarded after the auction; New Price from Norms = new price from Norms valid at the time of the price adjustment request; Old Price from Norms = old price from Norms valid at the time of initiating the procedure. Price updates will be accepted based on changes made through administrative acts issued by the Ministry of Health (price orders). The contracting authority reserves the right not to conclude subsequent contracts for one or more products if they are not necessary or if financial resources do not allow it. Along with the price update request, the bidder will provide information regarding the old price (awarded), the new price from norms, and the old price from norms.
