Laboratory Supplies Framework Agreement

The University of Bayreuth intends to establish a framework agreement for laboratory supplies lasting four years. The initial contract period is 12 months, from November 1, 2025, to October 31, 2026. The contract will automatically extend for another 12 months unless terminated with a three-month notice. The maximum duration of the contract will end on October 31, 2029, without the need for written termination. The laboratory materials will be purchased through our central warehouse via bulk orders and delivered centrally. Distribution to end users is not included in this framework agreement.
