Asbestos Removal Framework Agreement for Municipalities

The Project Bureau for Soil Asbestos Remediation is organized under the municipality of Hof van Twente. When referring to the contracting authority, it means the municipality of Hof van Twente. This municipality is the contracting authority for this procurement procedure for a framework agreement on behalf of the municipalities of Borne, Haaksbergen, Hellendoorn, Hof van Twente, Rijssen-Holten, Twenterand, and Wierden, hereafter referred to as 'participants'. In the sub-assignments, the individual participants are the clients. The goal of this public European procurement procedure is to establish a framework agreement between the Project Bureau for Soil Asbestos Remediation and the parties that submit the most economically advantageous bid based on the best price-quality ratio. The Project Bureau BAS seeks smooth remediation processes that relieve both the client and the residents. The expected total revenue for the entire framework agreement (total of contracts with initially five contractors) is approximately EUR 25,000,000.00 over the entire duration, including option years, with revenue in the initial years expected to be significantly higher than in the option years. The mentioned amount is only indicative, and the contractor cannot derive any rights from it. All mentioned amounts are exclusive of VAT.
