Insurance Services for Employment Agency

The Employment Agency is seeking insurance services for its needs and its territorial structures, divided into two specific categories: 1. Insurance for real estate and movable property owned or under the responsibility of the Employment Agency. This includes: a) Insurance for real estate – buildings or parts of buildings that are publicly owned and provided for management and use by the Employment Agency and its territorial structures, as detailed in Appendices 4.1 and 4.2 of the participation documentation. b) Insurance for movable property – movable assets owned or provided for use by the Employment Agency, including equipment and furnishings of buildings, inventory, machinery, and devices, as specified in Appendix 4.3 of the participation documentation. The services for Category 1 are detailed in the Technical Specification – Appendix 1.1, and will be provided within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. The insured assets are located in the Central Administration of the Employment Agency in Sofia and 106 Labor Bureau Directorates. 2. Provision of group risk insurance for unemployed individuals participating in training, in accordance with Article 30a, paragraph 1, item 22 and paragraph 2, item 14 of the Employment Promotion Act and Article 69, paragraph 8 of the Regulation on Employment Promotion. The services for Category 2 are detailed in the Technical Specification – Appendix 1.2, and will also be provided within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.
