Germany – Communication Infrastructure – Operation of Existing Cisco UCC Infrastructures including Managed Service Firewall and Project Management

Lot 1 UCC Solution: The goal is to operate and service the existing Cisco UCC infrastructures, including various applications, as well as to migrate the existing Cisco purchase licenses to corresponding Cisco Flex Plan licenses. Currently, 10 Cisco Call Managers are operated on a central redundant server platform for approximately 30,000 users at around 300 locations. Lot 2 Managed Service Firewall: The contractor will take over the operation and support of the installed Juniper firewall platform type Juniper SRX4100, including the management platform Junos Space for the existing UCC infrastructure (Lot 1) of the client. Lot 3 Project Management UCC Solution: Monitoring and project management during the migration of the existing Cisco Call Manager UCC infrastructure, including the corresponding applications at the client's locations. The contract comes into effect upon award. - The system contract (Lot 1) has a term until June 30, 2030. - The service contract (Lot 2) has a term until February 28, 2029. - The service contract (Lot 3) has a term until June 30, 2030.
