Germany – Installation of Electrical Systems – New Construction of Hohenlinden Children's House - Building Automation

The municipality of Hohenlinden plans to construct a children's house with 6 groups, including 3 nursery groups on the ground floor and two kindergarten groups along with an optional group (kindergarten or nursery) on the upper floor, built in timber construction on a reinforced concrete base. Building specifications: 2 floors, no basement, building footprint: approximately 1100 m², floor area: approximately 1830 m², building height: up to approximately 8.6 m. The scope of the building automation contract includes the following work: - Establishment of a control center for heating and ventilation - Installation of 2 control cabinets - Regulation of a separate kitchen supply and exhaust air system - 4 heating circuit controls for various consumers - Connection and commissioning work - 1 data point connection of a compact device to the new control center (ASP).
