Construction Work for Office Renovation at Kiel District Court

The Kiel District Court, located at Deliusstraße 22, is undergoing renovations as part of a judicial structure reform. This project involves the remodeling of individual offices within the building, which was constructed between 1915-1916 and 1979-1984. The work will include the installation of drywall partitions, the creation of new door openings, and minor painting and electrical work across the ground floor and 3rd to 6th floors. The project will be executed in three consecutive phases. Noise-intensive tasks such as drilling and core drilling will be scheduled on weekdays (Monday to Friday) before 9:00 AM and after 2:00 PM, with a mandatory noise protection corridor from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM to ensure that ongoing business operations are not disturbed. All work must be organized efficiently. The building and its surroundings are classified as a historical structure under the Schleswig-Holstein Monument Protection Act (DSchG SH). The project includes approximately 550 square meters of protective flooring, the removal of about 650 square meters of existing flooring in around 27 offices, and the installation of approximately 15 new door openings in masonry walls, along with minor masonry repairs.
