This contract involves the complete mechanical ventilation and air conditioning of an administrative building. The project primarily focuses on office spaces and associated areas such as storage rooms, restrooms, cleaning supply rooms, and kitchenettes. Additionally, a preparation kitchen will require ventilation through a kitchen ventilation ceiling, and the dining area will also need to be ventilated. The adjacent underground garage must be equipped with smoke extraction fans.
