Construction Supervision and Contract Engineering Services for Tramway Modernization in Elbląg

This contract involves managing and supervising construction work for various phases of the tramway modernization project in Elbląg. The project includes: 1) Reconstruction of the tramway section on 1 Maja Street from Słowiański Square to Constitution Square, scheduled for construction in 2026 (Phase 1). 2) Construction of storage tracks and overhead lines at the tram depot on Browarna Street, also scheduled for 2026 (Phase 2). 3) Reconstruction of the tramway section on Grunwaldzka Avenue from 3 Maja Street to Polna Street, and on 3 Maja Street from Constitution Square to Grunwaldzki Square, planned for 2027-2028 (Phase 3). 4) Reconstruction of the tramway section on Grunwaldzka Avenue from the switch near Jana Amosa Komeńskiego Street to the tram stop platforms at the loop on Druska Street, scheduled for 2027-2028 (Phase 4). The contract also includes collaboration with construction process participants and managing the warranty period for the completed work, ensuring quality and compliance with the contractor's guarantees.
