Construction Work for Náchod Regional Hospital – Phase II of Modernization and Expansion

This public procurement contract involves the execution of construction work, related supplies, and services for the project titled 'Náchod Regional Hospital – Phase II of Modernization and Expansion.' The scope includes the following project documentation, subject to later amendments: 1) Construction documentation for the new building of Pavilion D; 2) Construction documentation for modifications to Pavilion C; 3) Demolition documentation for buildings D and E; 4) Documentation for the new use of unused spaces in Pavilions K and J; 5) Documentation for energy efficiency improvements in Pavilions B and C. The construction work primarily includes: a) the new construction of Pavilion D with connecting bridges to existing hospital buildings and a new central hall with an underground CT examination room; b) modifications including the addition of an emergency staircase to Pavilion C and the relocation of the oxygen evaporation station; c) demolition of buildings D and E, including the connecting corridor to building C; d) modifications to Pavilions K and J to provide alternative spaces for displaced operations from Pavilions D and E; e) improvements including roof insulation and replacement of external openings and cladding in Pavilions B and C. The new Pavilion D will house a laboratory floor with a transfusion station, hematology, microbiology, and biochemistry laboratories, as well as expanded internal and urology outpatient clinics. It will also include a new oncology department, hemodialysis unit, new urology department, intermediate care unit, intensive care unit, standard internal ward, and long-term care unit. Additionally, Pavilion D will expand the children's ward and establish a central supply facility for the hospital's monoblock. Radiology spaces will be created to connect with existing imaging methods in Pavilion K and the new central hall.
