Electric Buses and Charging Infrastructure Procurement

This contract involves the procurement of four brand new electric low-floor MIDI buses, each measuring between 8.9 m and 10.6 m in length. The buses will be equipped with a stop announcement system, video monitoring, advertising emission system, and location tracking. Additionally, the contract includes the supply, installation, connection, and commissioning of two brand new dual-position mobile chargers with a power output of 2x40 kW for charging the electric buses. The delivery will take place at the buyer's location, Międzygminne Przedsiębiorstwo Komunikacyjne "SUBBUS" Sp. z o.o., located at ul. Wielkopolska 23, 67-100 Nowa Sól. Furthermore, the contract encompasses related services such as: a) authorization for technical servicing and warranty repairs of the delivered buses, b) provision of necessary equipment related to the authorization, including special tools, software, and devices, c) training for the buyer's staff on operating and maintaining the buses, d) delivery of required documentation, software, and licenses, along with updates, e) services covered under the quality warranty, including service during the warranty period.
