Communication Services for the Energy Department of Vaud

The Energy Department of Vaud is seeking suppliers for communication services as part of a public procurement process. This contract is divided into four distinct lots, each with specific requirements outlined in the respective tender documents. The contracts will last for five years. The four lots are as follows: • Lot 1: Development of websites, digital tools, and conversational interfaces, with an option for creating specific digital content; • Lot 2: Advertising and awareness campaigns, with an option for creating specific digital content; • Lot 3: Creation and production of written and visual content, with an option for creating specific digital content; • Lot 4: Design and/or management of events, with an option for creating specific digital content. Bidders are not required to submit offers for all lots and can choose which lots they wish to bid on. A single bidder may be awarded a maximum of three lots.
