Waste Collection Services in Denmark

This procurement opportunity involves the collection and management/disposal of waste and screenings, as well as the rental of containers for Novafos and its affiliated companies. Bidders must provide pricing for transportation/collection and container rental. The reception/processing of waste will be directly invoiced to Novafos based on current market prices. Administrative costs related to invoicing must be included in the offered prices. Novafos has various types of locations, leading to significant variation in the quantity and types of waste fractions. Some locations produce daily waste of varying types that need to be collected and disposed of, while others generate smaller amounts requiring only sporadic collection. Some of the locations included in this procurement are treatment plants, where screenings and sand traps must be collected. At staffed treatment plants, there will also be other waste fractions. Novafos is continuously working to optimize and improve waste management as part of its strategic efforts towards sustainability and reducing CO2 emissions and environmental impact. Therefore, many waste fractions do not have a fixed collection schedule but rather a call-out service, meaning collection occurs only when there is an actual need. The estimated value of the framework agreement (over a total of 4 years, including options for extensions) is 6,000,000 DKK excluding VAT. The maximum value of the framework agreement (over a total of 4 years, including options for extensions) is estimated at 8,000,000 DKK excluding VAT.
