Food Voucher Operator Selection for Social Services in Pleven

This procurement procedure is organized by the contracting authority to fulfill its obligations to the staff of the Pleven branch of the Emergency Medical Assistance Center. The aim is to utilize funds for social services. The social benefits, as defined under Article 293 of the Labor Code, will be provided through food vouchers in accordance with Article 209 of the Corporate Income Tax Act and Regulation No. 7 from July 9, 2003, by the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy and the Ministry of Finance. The goal is to select a contractor who is an authorized food voucher operator, compliant with the conditions set forth in Regulation No. 7 from July 9, 2003, regarding the issuance and revocation of permits for operating as a food voucher provider. The selected operator will be responsible for printing and delivering food vouchers based on monthly or periodic requests from the contracting authority.
