Cleaning Services for Norwegian Food Safety Authority Offices

The Norwegian Food Safety Authority is seeking suppliers to provide cleaning services for its office locations across Norway. This procurement excludes offices where cleaning is included in the rent or performed by in-house staff. Suppliers will also need to supply sanitary and cleaning products, as well as mats where applicable. The contract is divided into five geographical sub-contracts, and while the Authority prefers suppliers who can cover all locations within each sub-contract, they understand that this may be challenging. Some office locations may require local procurement due to accessibility issues. Cleaning services must adhere to the NS-INSTA 800 standard, which includes both regular and periodic cleaning. Note that certain special rooms may require additional cleaning services beyond the standard, and carpet cleaning must follow the manufacturer's guidelines. Detailed plans and room programs for each office location are attached to the sub-contracts. Site inspections will be scheduled for each office, and while attendance is not mandatory, it is highly recommended to facilitate the tender process.
