    Brief

    This contract involves the supply and installation of research equipment for genomic sequencing systems as part of the ROGEN project. The procurement is divided into four lots: 1. Sequencing systems using synthesis with fluorescent base incorporation and optical detection, short reads. 2. Sequencing systems using synthesis and electrical detection, short reads. 3. Sequencing systems using synthesis with fluorescent compound binding detection and optical detection, short reads. 4. Sequencing systems using synthesis with fluorescent base incorporation and optical detection, short reads, and microarray capabilities. Suppliers must submit clarification requests by the deadline: 18 days before the bid submission date. The contracting authority will respond to clarification requests by the deadline: 11 days before the bid submission date. All clarification requests must be submitted through SEAP: https://e-licitatie.ro. The public procurement contract award procedure is initiated under a suspensive clause, meaning the contract's conclusion is contingent upon the allocation of budget credits for this purpose, and the contract will be signed in compliance with public finance legislation. According to Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement and HG no. 395/2016, with subsequent amendments, UMF Carol Davila Bucharest, as the Contracting Authority, specifies that it will conclude the contract with the winning bidder only if the necessary funds for the purchase are secured. Beneficiaries include various research and educational institutions in Romania.
