Vehicle Fleet Management and Maintenance Services for Bydgoszcz Agglomeration Bike 2026-2029

This contract involves the management and operation of a public bike rental service in Bydgoszcz, known as Bydgoski Rower Aglomeracyjny (BRA). The successful supplier will be responsible for launching 70 bike stations, providing 560 new standard bikes, and 140 new electric bikes. Additionally, the supplier will develop software, including a mobile app and website, and establish a Contact Center. The contract also includes the ongoing management and maintenance of the bike rental service. Suppliers should note that there is an option to expand the service by adding up to 30 additional bike stations and 150 bikes (100 standard and 50 electric) if required. The contract requires that all personnel involved in the execution of the contract be employed under labor contracts. Suppliers must also be prepared to handle various operational tasks, including bike relocation, maintenance, financial management, and customer service. The contract prohibits partial bids and variant offers, ensuring that the service is provided by a single entity to maintain consistency and efficiency.
