Building Cleaning Services for City Hall 2 in Landshut, Germany

This contract opportunity involves the provision of regular cleaning services for the following buildings of City Hall 2 in Landshut: - Luitpoldstraße 27, 27 b, and Luitpoldstraße 29 b, 84034 Landshut. The cleaning services include the careful and professional removal of dirt, both non-sticky and sticky, according to established schedules and performance specifications. Additionally, the cleaning staff will empty waste containers and collect all types of found waste, replacing garbage and disposal bags as needed. The contractor will provide the required garbage and disposal bags as specified by the client. Collected waste must be placed in the designated collection area indicated by the client. Waste disposal will be handled by the client, and waste separation must follow the guidelines for paper waste, organic waste, residual waste, and recyclable materials. The cleaning services also include tasks arising from minor repairs and renovations, except for those resulting from major repairs or construction that require a separate final cleaning. Deep cleaning and new treatment of non-textile floor coverings, as well as special restoration measures to improve usability and appearance, are not included in the scope of regular cleaning. The cleaning staff will also refill or replace toilet paper, hygiene bags, paper towels, towel rolls, hand soap, and disinfectants, with supplies provided by the client. The contractor must notify the client’s responsible person in writing of any required supplies in a timely manner.
