Network Security Software and Services Procurement

This contract involves the procurement of network security software and services for a public sector organization in Poland. The supplier will deliver software that includes functionalities such as Network Detection and Response (NDR), Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR), and Honeypot solutions, along with subscriptions valid for 24 months from the delivery date. Additionally, the contract includes the extension of subscriptions for existing devices listed in the specifications or the provision of equivalent solutions. The supplier is responsible for implementing the delivered solutions according to the guidelines provided by the buyer. They will also conduct workshops for the buyer's employees, either remotely or on-site, to ensure proper understanding and usage of the solutions. Technical Assistance and Maintenance services will be provided for six months post-implementation, based on requests from the buyer. All solutions will be covered by a warranty as specified in the contract documents. Detailed descriptions and execution methods are outlined in the attached specifications.
