Fuel Card Procurement Agreement

This contract involves the provision of fuel cards for the vehicles of the Hénin Carvin Community. The framework agreement will be executed through the issuance of purchase orders. The fuel card serves as a method of fulfilling the contract, and its use is considered a purchase order. This applies to lots 1 and 2, which also cover various purchasing methods such as parking, tolls, and car washes. Lot 3 will also involve the issuance of purchase orders. Each lot will be awarded separately, and services will be compensated based on unit prices.
