Framework Contracts for SAP SuccessFactors Implementation

The University of Zurich (UZH) is seeking suppliers to support the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors through framework contracts divided into five categories: Employee Central (including Organizational Management, Employee Self-Service/Manager Self-Service, Time-Off), Time Tracking, Recruiting, Onboarding (including Cross-Offboarding), and Performance & Goals. This initiative aims to enhance the capabilities of the UZH's Business Applications department, which is part of the Central IT. Suppliers are invited to provide services that may be contractual or project-based. This public tender aims to simplify and expedite the provision of qualified personnel by allowing UZH to source external resources from a pool of framework contract partner companies for each category. Bidders can submit proposals for one, multiple, or all categories. After the award, separate requests (mini-tenders) will be issued to the framework contract partner companies for implementation and operational support.
