Procurement of HR and Financial Management Systems

Ammattiopisto Luovi Oy is seeking suppliers for its HR and financial management systems. This procurement is divided into two distinct areas, and suppliers can submit bids for one or both areas. Each area will be evaluated separately, and bids for multiple areas should not be linked in terms of pricing or other conditions. The areas are as follows: - Area A: Financial management system, including accounting, sales and purchase invoicing, accounts receivable and payable, and financial planning and monitoring, along with related options. - Area B: HR and payroll system, including travel management and expense reporting functionalities, along with related options. Detailed requirements and minimum quality standards for the services can be found in Appendix 1 of the tender documents. Partial bids for smaller components will not be accepted, and alternative bids are also not allowed. Suppliers must meet the general requirements outlined in Appendix 1 and complete the specific tabs for the areas they are bidding on (A-B). Pricing for the services must be provided in Appendix 2 on the relevant tab for each area. The procurement will follow public procurement law and will be conducted as an open procedure exceeding EU thresholds. The services will be contracted for a fixed term of five years, after which the contract will continue indefinitely. The tender documents are in Finnish, and bids must also be submitted in Finnish.
