Furniture Supply for Intercommunale Gabrielle Passelecq

The Intercommunale Gabrielle Passelecq is seeking to establish a framework agreement for the procurement of office furniture, psychiatric furniture, and furniture for nursing homes. This framework agreement aims to designate a single economic operator (per lot) with whom the contracting authority can place orders according to the procedures defined in the contractual clauses and the unit prices set in the offer. The duration of this framework agreement will be a maximum of 48 months. Orders placed before the expiration of the framework agreement will remain executable beyond its term. The contract is divided into lots as follows: • Lot 1 - 'Psychiatric Furniture': This lot concerns the supply of furniture suitable for psychiatric patients. • Lot 2 - 'Specific Furniture for Nursing Homes': This lot concerns the supply of furniture suitable for residents of our two nursing homes. • Lot 3 - 'Office Furniture': This lot concerns the supply of office furniture for administrative use. The maximum ceiling for the framework agreement, which is the maximum amount of supplies that can be requested by the contracting authority for a maximum duration of 4 years, is set as follows: • Lot 1 - 'Psychiatric Furniture', €462,000.00 excluding VAT. • Lot 2 - 'Specific Furniture for Nursing Homes', €456,973.00 excluding VAT. • Lot 3 - 'Office Furniture', €338,250.00 excluding VAT. Once this ceiling is reached, the framework agreement will be exhausted, and no further orders can be placed under this agreement.
